Years ago, when I was living in Atlanta, we used to hang out at cool place called the Tin Roof in Buckhead. They had great food and always had live music so it was a wonderful venue to take clients back in my consulting days.
When I heard the Tin Roof was coming to Orlando, I didn’t possibly think it could be the same place. After all, it had been almost 20 years since I’d been to the one in Atlanta.
Well, as it turns out, it is the same company. I was so excited to see what was the same and what had changed in the last 20 years. Of course, the decor is updated with big screen TVs so you can catch all the games, but they are not a sports bar.
They are a live music venue. They have a variety of talent, like Bryan Malpass, playing every night.
However, music is not the only thing they do well. They have a wonderful selection of chow to please just about every appetite. Everything from appetizers to salads to wraps to burgers and more.
Of course, no music venue is complete without a few cocktails. They serve plenty of alcoholic beverages including beer, wine and specialty drinks.
If it’s a party venue you’re seeking, they can accommodate about 300+ for a private function.
This is a great addition to the iDrive360 complex and I can wait to return for the food, the drink and the music. Tin Roof Orlando is located at 8371 International Drive and is open everyday from 11a – 2a.
