We live close to Lee Vista so we have been watching the construction of Rock and Brews and anxiously awaiting the opening because we knew it would be a great addition to the area. It did not disappoint. On April 24, 2017 they opened to the public so of course, we had to go check it out.
The rock-inspired environment features live music on weekend nights; multiple flat screen televisions show rock & roll music videos as well as sporting events, rock artwork and a Great Wall of rock which includes artwork of icon rock & roll legends. Al fresco dining is available and guests can entertain themselves with a variety of games including bean bag toss and giant Jenga. Dogs are welcome on the patio are, which spans 3,500 square feet.
Their menu includes a broad selection of craft and international beers, a nice selection of wine as well as specialty cocktails. I had the glass of Meiomi Pinot Noir and a METAL MULE made with New Amsterdam Vodka – Lime Juice – House-made Ginger Syrup – Ginger Beer.
They have a variety of different items to eat as well including appetizers, wings, soups & salads, Rockin Fit (entrees under 600 calories), tacos, hot dogs and craft burgers. I decided to try the Artisan Blue Cheese burger with swiss & Applewood Bacon Burger Brioche Bun – Tomato – Baby Greens – Caramelized Onions – Garlic Aioli. It was cooked perfectly and delicious.
One of the things I really enjoyed about the venue is that they have several murals from local artists throughout the venue.
Rock and Brews Lee Vista is located at 6897 South Semoran Blvd., Orlando, FL 32822, which is just a short drive from the Orlando International Airport so it convenient for locals as well as visitors. Next time you’re in the area, be sure to stop by for a burger and a cocktail.
